We will clarify in advance the types of floors, glass, tiles and other sensitive materials. Residues of adhesives, paints and cement-based compounds must be assessed according to the surface and the appropriate method; we cannot safely promise to remove everything in every case.
Please let us know whether the work is finished, whether water and electricity are available, and whether any building material or waste remains on the premises. While dust-generating work is still under way, a final clean may not be worthwhile.
Removal of rubble and construction waste is not automatically included in the basic cleaning price. If you need it, please describe the quantity and type of waste in your enquiry – we will tell you whether and under what conditions we can arrange it.
