Terms and conditions
1. General provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the cleaning service provider Úklid 1-2-3 (hereinafter the "Provider") and the customer.
2. Ordering services
Cleaning services can be ordered by telephone, by e-mail, via the web form or through WhatsApp. An order becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the Provider.
3. Prices and payment terms
The prices of the services are set out in the current price list on the Provider's website. Payment for the services is made in cash or by bank transfer, either immediately after the cleaning has been carried out or as agreed with the customer.
4. Cancellation policy
The customer has the right to cancel an order free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed cleaning date. In the event of later cancellation, the Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
5. Complaints
If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, they are entitled to make a complaint immediately after the service has been carried out, and no later than 24 hours afterwards. Complaints must be submitted in writing or by telephone.
6. Liability
The Provider is liable for any damage caused while carrying out cleaning services. The Provider has liability insurance. The Provider's liability is limited to direct damages.
7. Final provisions
These terms and conditions come into effect on the day they are published on the Provider's website. The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable law of the Czech Republic.
