We separate routine care of entrances, staircases and lifts from less frequent work, such as window cleaning or more extensive cleaning. In the quotation, we state the frequency and method of checking for each item.
Number of entrances and floors, lifts, approximate area, type of surfaces and the current cleaning arrangements. Based on the agreed scope, we will propose a schedule and a price for your approval – always with the number of visits per month.
