A standard clean of a 2+kk apartment with Úklid 1-2-3 costs a one-off CZK 1,180 – 1,760 (about 3 hours of work × CZK 490/h). With regular cleaning every 2 weeks you will pay CZK 1,080 – 1,620, and with weekly cleaning CZK 1,010 – 1,510. Deep cleaning of a 2+kk apartment starts from CZK 1,990.

- Condition of the apartment – a heavily soiled apartment, or one that has not been cleaned for a long time, means more hours of work.
- Extras – window cleaning, the inside of the fridge and oven, a balcony or ironing can be ticked in the enquiry, and their price will be confirmed in the quotation.
- Frequency – regular cleaning has a lower hourly rate.
- Timing – urgent cleaning within 24 hours carries a 25% surcharge; express cleaning costs CZK 650/h (about CZK 1,560 – 2,340 for a 2+kk apartment).
