We focus on the work agreed in advance in the kitchen, bathroom, floors and accessible surfaces. In an empty flat, the insides of storage spaces can also be dealt with more thoroughly. Windows, appliances and heavy build-up must be explicitly included in the quote.
Tell us whether the space is empty, furnished or has had building work done. We will recommend a suitable scope accordingly. Post-renovation cleaning has different requirements from the usual preparation of a flat for living.
In your enquiry, state the date, floor area, condition of the flat and access arrangements. If the date is fixed, tell us straight away; we will confirm availability before accepting the job.
Moving furniture, repairs and removal of items are not automatically part of the cleaning. Nor can cleaning guarantee that the landlord will accept the flat or that your deposit will be returned – we therefore agree the scope of work in advance, based on the handover protocol or your requirements.
