Post-renovation cleaning of a flat with Úklid 1-2-3 costs from CZK 2,490 for a flat up to 60 m² and from CZK 3,990 for a flat of 60–100 m². Larger premises are priced individually. Cleaning for moving (before moving in or after moving out) starts at from CZK 1,490.

- The amount of construction dust and residues (mortar, silicone, paint, adhesive) on floors, windows and tiles.
- Windows and frames – after a renovation, these are usually the most demanding part.

- Deadline – urgent cleaning within 24 hours with a 25% surcharge.
